- Every finding your audit names in these categories: mobile layout and the first booking button; call and WhatsApp links; the quote or booking form; stated terms for airport pickup, luggage, waiting time and cancellation; route and airport pages for the routes you already run; indexing, HTTPS, broken links and structured data; conversion tracking on the booking path. Work beyond the findings in your audit, or outside the seven categories this price covers, is quoted in writing before any of it starts, and none of it starts until you agree.
- What if a fix does not work?
- Refundable in full until we start, which is the day we agree the scope in writing. After that it is not, because the work is hours. The re-check promise: any finding in your audit that does not move from fail to pass on the re-check is refunded at its share of the price, which is the price divided by the findings in scope. The re-check is the same automated check that produced the finding, so neither of us is judging it by eye.
