At accepted handover: checkout live, one real payment ingested end to end and visible in your order log, handover document delivered, keys rotated. Anything after that is a retainer or a new scope.

• We do not write your product copy, pricing strategy or marketing.
• We do not migrate historical customers, subscriptions or payment methods from another processor.
• We do not take responsibility for Whop approving your product category.
• We do not operate the store after handover unless you buy the retainer.
• We do not hold your API keys after handover; they are rotated at handover and the new values go to you.

Whop revenue operations retainer, $500 to $2,000. Monthly operation of the store after handover: reconciliation, refunds, disputes and price changes.

The configuration is delivered inside your own Whop account, which you already control. The handover document arrives by email to the address you give at checkout. Nothing is posted and nothing is shipped.

The kickoff call is scheduled within two business days of the deposit. Handover is within ten business days of kickoff, provided merchant access and the prices are with us.

• We sell to businesses, not to consumers. You must already hold the Whop business the work is done in; we do not open one in your name.
• We do not sell to anyone in a country the United Kingdom prohibits UK companies from trading with, and we decline rather than guess when that is unclear.
• Whop decides which product categories it permits. If Whop declines yours, the work stops there and the deposit is refunded in full.

The deposit is fully refundable until the kickoff call. After kickoff it is non-refundable, because the work has started. The $1,750 balance is due only on accepted handover; if we never hand over, you never owe it.
