Terms of service

Plain terms for a small studio selling fixed-scope work and digital products. Each clause names the thing it governs, so you can check it against the offer page before you buy.

MELIURA LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales, company number 17456307, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Trading as Meliura. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or business placing the order. Questions before you buy go to [email protected].

Fixed-scope services and digital products. Everything a buyer can pay for today is listed here, and each one has its own page with its price, its scope, its exclusions and when it arrives:

  • Transportation booking audit, service, $500 USD, one payment. Within five business days of payment or completed intake, whichever is later.
  • Booking path implementation, service, from $1,500 USD: $1,500 covers the findings in your audit across seven named categories, and anything beyond is quoted before work starts. Within fifteen business days of the day we have access to whatever holds your site.
  • Whop migration and revenue automation setup, service, $2,500 USD: $750 to book the work, $1,750 at handover. Handover within ten business days of the kickoff call, once we have merchant access and your prices.
  • Niche Scoreboard, digital product, $29 USD, once. Yours as soon as you pay, and within one business day at the outside if delivery fails.

The offer page you buy from is part of the contract. Where it and these terms differ, the offer page wins for that purchase.

You order by completing the checkout linked from the offer page. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the page and are exclusive of any tax you are required to pay in your own country. We are not registered for UK VAT; if that changes, the page will say so and the price will state whether VAT is included. Payment is taken by the payment processor named at checkout. Your card details go to that processor and are never seen or stored by us. A contract exists when the processor confirms payment to us; we confirm by email to the address you give at checkout.

A service is delivered as stated on its page. For the audit that is a private report at a link only you hold, delivered within five business days of payment or completed intake, whichever is later. A deposit buys the scoping and start of the work it is stated against; the balance is invoiced as the page describes. A digital product is delivered online, by download link or account access sent to the email you gave, normally within minutes of payment and in any case within one business day.

The rules for each service and for digital products are in the refund policy, and each offer page repeats its own line. In short: cancel a service before we start and you get a full refund; once the deliverable is issued, the work is done and there is no refund; if we miss a stated turnaround by more than three business days you may cancel for a full refund.

If you buy as a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel within fourteen days. For a service, that right ends once the service is fully performed with your agreement. For digital content, by asking us to deliver it immediately you agree that the right to cancel ends when delivery begins. The checkout asks for that agreement before it takes your money, and nothing in these terms removes a right the law gives you.

A report, its evidence and any deliverable produced for you are yours to use inside your own business, to share with your staff and advisers, and to act on. Our methods, checklists, templates and tooling remain ours. A digital product is licensed to the person or business that bought it for its own use; it may not be resold, redistributed or made available to others as a product. Where a product's page grants wider rights, the page governs.

We sell inspection, tooling and advice, not outcomes. We do not guarantee more bookings, more revenue, a ranking, or any specific commercial result, and each offer page says so in its own words. Findings are evidence-backed observations of public pages at the time we looked, plus any exports you chose to send us; figures we show as money are labelled as assumptions with their inputs printed. Digital products are provided as described on their page; we fix defects that stop them doing what the page says, and we do not promise they fit a purpose the page does not describe.

You confirm that the information you give us at intake is accurate, that you are entitled to give us any access or data you provide, and that you will not use a deliverable or a product to break the law or another person’s rights. We work from your public pages, with no logins and no account access. If you want the findings to reach further, add an evidence pack: read-only exports you choose to send, such as an analytics or call report. It is optional, and the audit is complete without it. Where a service uses anything you send us, the privacy page and the offer page state what is read, for how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

Our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect loss, however it arises. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms carry the date they were last changed, printed at the top of this page. A change applies to orders placed after it, never to an order already placed. The offer text you bought against is versioned and does not change under you.

These terms and any contract under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer keeps the right to bring a claim in their own country. Before any of that, write to us; most problems are a misread scope, and we would rather fix it than argue it.
